The Pine Hill Haints bring their self-described “Alabama Ghost Country” to Hernando’s Hideaway on Friday, November 6.

Formed more than two decades ago in Auburn, Alabama, The Haints pull from old country, rockabilly, Appalachian folk, blues, punk, and Southern roots music, bringing it all together with a raw, unmistakably live sound. Armed with everything from fiddle and banjo to accordion, washboard, saw, and washtub bass, they’ve built a reputation for high-energy shows that feel like they could happen just about anywhere.

Over the years, they’ve toured around the world, released an extensive catalog of records, and shared stages with artists including Charlie Louvin, Ralph Stanley, The Legendary Shackshakers, and The Secret Sisters.
