Syd and I, Miles Cobb

8:00pm, $10 adv., $12 door

Oakland's own Indie electropop band Syd and I cordially invite you to join us in celebrating our first full-length album, Intersection State of Mind. Combining Syd's incredible vocal talents with veteran electronic musician Saul Stokes, Syd and I produce genre-defying pop electronic songs that nod to the influence of Depeche Mode, Severed Heads, Cocteau Twins, Silvan Esso, and more. Setting the vibe for the evening, Oakland's underground DJ/musician Miles Cobb will spin and perform a seamless blend of classic Chicago, Detroit, and New York house music—deeply layered with soul, jazz, and hip-hop influences.
