70's GLAM DISCO

Our Heart of Glass party pays homage to the iconic downtown glamour of a fleeting, magical era, rooted in the late 70s, when disco's glitter, sequins and nightlife-excess combined with punk rock energy and rock 'n' roll rebellion.

From the late '70s to the very early '80s in New York and London, the lines blurred between Punk, Rock, Funk, Synth, New wave & Disco - resulting in a Studio 54-meets-CBGB-meets-Blitz Club musical vortex that sucked in such diverse artists as Bowie, Kiss, Blondie, Rick James, The Talking Heads, Grace Jones, Roxy Music, Queen, The Bee Gees, Rod Stewart, Styx, Donna Summer, Pink Floyd, PiL, Michael Jackson, The Rolling Stones, Giorgio Moroder, Abba, Sylvester, Visage, Duran Duran, The Human League, Sparks, Prince, Cameo, and many more. And the music was pretty amazing.

We've been digging deep to find the hits and the hidden gems; all the very best of the genre, and we can't wait to share them with you.
