Tickets not obtained through official channels may be stolen, counterfeit or invalid, in which case they will not be honored.

No refunds, your ticket is yours to keep. You can use TIXEL to resell or exchange your ticket. TIXEL is LEVITATION’s only official ticket exchange partner.
