• Mondo.NYC’s 11th annual conference and showcase festival will be held live in New York City October 13-16, 2026.  Select showcase events will also be available remotely via online platforms including the Mondo YouTube channel. Your Mondo ticket grants entry to all Mondo conference events.  Mondo live music showcase events are subject to specific venue age- or capacity-related restrictions for each respective venue.

Q: Are there any virtual events presented during Mondo?

A: All conference events are presented LIVE IN-PERSON ONLY. Select showcase events shall be made available to attendees virtually.

Q: How much does a badge cost? Are there student or other discounts offered?

A:  Badges range from $249-$899*.  We offer various categories of badges, including content segmented badges (for example Mondo’s CLE programming, inclusive of CLE credits, is available for individual purchase). We also offer single and two-day badges in addition to full-access four-day badges.

*Artists, students, educators, startups and independent music professionals will receive a 20% discount on a full-access four-day badge.

Q: Where can I buy my badge?

A: Tickets to Mondo are only available online here through this Eventim/See Tickets ticketing portal. 

Q: Are group discounts offered?

A: Yes, please contact the Mondo group sales dept. at [email protected] for more information.

Q: Can I purchase a badge on the day of the event? 

A: Yes, Mondo tickets can be purchased up until and during the day of event should you decide to attend at the last minute. However, day-of-event tickets are priced higher than advance purchase registration. 

*Please note that certain portions of the conference, such as one-on-one Pro Bono meetings, are reserved on a first come first served basis, and may not be available to attendees purchasing tickets on or close to day of event. 

Q: How do I access my credentials enabling me to attend Mondo conference and showcase events?

A: Attendance requires presentation of either a physical or mobile ticket and identification upon entry. For remote showcase events, links and/or access codes will be provided prior to the conference.

Q: Will my registration allow me entry to both the day and nighttime events? 

A: Yes, your badge gains you access to all general conference business events and festival music showcases. However, please note certain Mondo events, such as one-on-one Pro Bono meetings, are reserved on a first-come first-served basis with limited capacity.

Q: Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event? 

A: Entrance to live music showcase events is subject to specific venue age restrictions, capacity limitations and other door policies. Please see notes on individual event pages and respective venue websites. Access to conference events and Mondo virtual showcase events are open to all ages. 

Q: What is the refund policy? 

A: There are no refunds permitted.

Terms and Conditions -- PLEASE READ CAREFULLY  

Mondo.NYC 2026 is a business conference and showcase music festival, hosted, health- and safety-related conditions permitting, live in person in New York City with select showcase portions presented virtually on October 13-16, 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the “Event”). A ticket is required for each person to attend the Event. Event tickets (“Ticket” or “Tickets”) may also be referred to as “Badges” or “Credentials.” Ticket holder shall be referred to as “You," Your" or “Registrant.” Mondo.NYC may also be referred to as “Mondo.” 

Your use of Event Credentials acknowledges that You have reviewed and accept these terms and conditions. If these terms and conditions are unacceptable to You, please do not purchase or accept tickets to the Event and DO NOT ATTEND THIS EVENT.

Your Mondo Ticket grants access to attend the conference and showcase festival, pursuant to the terms and conditions herein.  Unless pre-authorized in writing otherwise, Your ticket neither grants You the right nor opportunity to participate as a conference panelist or sponsor nor as a showcase festival performer. 

REFUNDS ARE NOT PERMITTED. Only Tickets obtained through official Event sites or Event affiliates shall be valid and approved for entry to Event. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be invalid, lost, stolen, or counterfeit and as such are void. Tickets are transferable upon receipt of written request to [email protected] no later than September 29, 2026. In the event of a stolen, lost or misplaced Badge(s), Badge replacement is the sole responsibility of the Registrant. BADGE WILL NOT BE REPLACED, REFUNDED OR CREDITED. A full Badge fee will be charged to obtain a duplicate Badge.

At any time prior to or during the Event, Mondo reserves the right to substitute any or all Event-related activities that may previously have been announced as live, in-person events with Event-related activities viewable solely online via a content-specific URL on an interactive platform such as Zoom.

By purchasing, accepting or utilizing Event Credentials You are authorizing Mondo to communicate with You, via Your submitted email, information regarding the Event or future editions of the Event, its participants, partners and/or sponsors. You may unsubscribe to all such communications at any time. Mondo shall not sell or otherwise distribute Your email address or other submitted information to third parties.

Mondo.NYC 2026, the Parallax Agency LLC or any of their agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, and representatives shall have no liability for damage or injury to the person or property of the Registrant from any cause whatsoever that may occur pursuant to Registrant’s attendance of the Event including but not limited to the COVID-19 virus, other health- or safety-related conditions and/or illnesses. Purchase and/or use of a Mondo Ticket acknowledges Registrant’s agreement to release Mondo.NYC 2026 and the Parallax Agency LLC or any of their agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, and representatives from any related claims. At any time during the Event, Mondo reserves the right to revoke Badges and/or Credentials, without refund, and expel a Registrant for non-compliance with these terms or if Registrant’s actions are deemed unsafe, unacceptable or improper. Audiotaping, videotaping and still photography of any images of Event without pre-approved authorization in writing from Mondo is strictly prohibited. By attending a Mondo.NYC Event, Registrants acknowledge that they may be photographed or videotaped and grant permission to Mondo to capture a Registrant’s image, likeness, audio, actions or statements without any claims to monetary compensation. Entrance to live, in-person events occurring during Mondo is subject to specific venue restrictions and front door policies. Venue capacity may be limited; admittance is on a first-come, first-served basis. Proof of 21 years of age is required at all live music venues unless otherwise noted.
