All children age 10 and younger are allowed inside HEARTWOOD  without having to purchase a ticket and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who has purchased a ticket or FEST 24 three day pass. 

There are NO REFUNDS for any reason, unless the SHOW is cancelled or postponed.
